We help you apply and send your file to funding partners. The funder you choose decides whether to fund, how much, and the terms. Your agreement is with that funder, and your advisor tells you who it is before you sign.
How we are paid
Oakbeam Capital may be paid a commission by the funding partner when your funding is completed. Any cost to you is shown in your offer before you sign.
A merchant cash advance is not a loan
It is the sale of a share of your future receivables at a discount. Payments are tied to your sales.
No guarantee of approval
Approval, amount and pricing depend on the funder's review of your business and documents.

Some states, including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut and Texas, have commercial financing disclosure or broker registration rules. You receive any required disclosure before you sign.
